Clairvo WeldSense
Clairvo WeldSense is an OCT-based real-time laser welding monitoring system developed by Clairvo Medical.Using high-precision low-coherence interferometric measurement, it continuously measures weld keyhole depth and penetration during laser welding of metals including copper, aluminium, and steel.
By integrating welding and penetration detection into a single in-line platform, Clairvo WeldSense provides closed-loop process feed back, ensuring stable welding quality, reduced defect rates, and intelligent manu-facturing control.
